Just a small little loss for me today, but better than a gain. I'm still hanging in there and trudging along.

Shelly, you know that gain will come right back off. No worries! Don't let it through you!

Try making some fat bombs and then throw in some peanuts. You would get your chocolate fix and get that scale moving down again I bet. There aren't any crazy ingredients and its so easy to make.

They are these chocolates that people make to get extra fat in if needed. I make them to curb my chocolate cravings. I've had up to 3 a day and they've never stalled me. I've come across many different recipes but this has been the easiest one for me.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup coconut oil, 1 stick unsalted butter melted, 2 tbls no sugar added peanut butter (any nut butter), 3 tbls unsweetened coco powder and sweetener of your choice and sweetened to your liking

After melting the butter, mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour mix into a silicon candy mold and freeze 1-2 hrs. Pop chocolate out and keep stored in the frig or freezer. To avoid spills, put the mold onto a cookie sheet before pouring the mix in. Some people get creative and start adding nuts, coconut, etc.

Hey losers!!

I had a long post nearly done this morning and accidentally shut the window. Argh!

You are all doing great. Nice whooshes mycattaz and niki!

Shelly - don't worrry - that jump won't last long.

DQ - good job losing a bit even while traveling! That's not easy.

Bulldog - woohoo on seeing a new number.

1moregin- your commitment to working out is very inspiring!

Luzvieliz and pink cadillac -- hang in there!!

Like you Liz, I seem to be stuck here. I'm still waiting for Tom - should show up today and hopefully I get going again in the next day or two. I didn't even weigh today - I can tell from the size of my ankles I won't like what I see.

Start day Sept 3: 209.5
September 4: 208.5
September 5: 207.5
September 6: 206.5
September 7: 205
September 8: 204.5
September 9: 203.5
September 10: DNW
September 11: 204.5
September 12: DNW

Oh well, I am staying strong. I was not very smart to start induction during my period.

I am jonesing for a coffee today. I might have an espresso after I go pick up my kids - with a bit of HWC and Splenda. I'm supposed to be avoiding sweeteners for my reinduction but not sure I can resist today. Stay tuned.

Kaillean, I would say it's better to go ahead and have the coffee, that isn't technically off plan, than something that is off plan. If the coffee helps you stay on track, go for it!

MthrGoos on your loss today. Every little bit helps.

Yeah, I'm not so worried about the coffee or the cream -- it's the Splenda. Usually I'm okay with a little bit, I'm just afraid of waking the dragon of sugar cravings. I've been pretty craving-free so far, despite the PMS.

Gotta love ketosis!

I think I'm going to try it, though. I need a little pick me up this afternoon. I will be good at dinner. Planning to have roast chicken with roasted cauliflower.

I don't know if they are induction friendly. I've only recently discovered them. But they don't stall me. When cravings have hit me really hard, I've eaten 3 a day but I try to limit to just twice a day. They're a good size too. I haven't had any sugar cravings because of these things.

Thanks Kaillean! You are so close to onederland! You're doing an awesome job! I agree with Mthergoos about the coffee. I actually started drinking during TOM because of the diuretic properties it has.

Hey, that's a lot like what I do -- 90% chocolate, coconut butter, walnuts. But I just call it dessert!

And sometimes I make a breakfast one with coconut butter and almond butter in a smidgen of porridge.

Hello everyone,

Exercising and live my life to the fullest potential, making myself a propriety, health and well b
eing..love, laugh, life. My oldest son turns 31, my third son turns 17. Where, did the time go...

September 1st 144lbs
September 2nd 144lbs
September 3rd. 145lbs
September 4th. 144lbs
September 5th. 144lbs
September 6th. 144lbs
September 7th. 143lbs
September 8th. 145lbs
September 9th. 144lbs
September 10th. 143lbs.
September 11th. 143lbs
September 12th. 142lbs

Believe me I checked four times. I could not get over it, I squinted at the scale, I got off and on. Same readings

Kaillean, mycattaz, i make myself a hot chocolate, using whipping cream and liquid stevia..sometimes I make it with using coffee..for me it,s my go to treat, I make sure I buy a really great cocoa power, raw cocoa power is the best i purchase mine at a health food store..that and a very high fat yogurt with berries..not induction friendly but much better than a cookie.

Wow Way to go Niki 10 Down.. I am so happy for you.

Bulldogmom, congrats on the loss, I am so very happy for you...you are so constant with your eating and excerise..soon the 180's will be here.

Shelly you know at this stage it's just water weight..you are the boss of this...I know it...I know that dress you bought a little while ago will be a lot loser..and you are going to look so very sexy in it

Your are all doing so very well..I love coming home after a difficult day and catching up with everyone.

Trini and Laura - great job!!!! Congrats on the new lows!!

Mycattaz - I use heavy cream and Splenda in my coffee. I tried to get away with just the cream but it wasn't sweet enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. No cravings so far, but I do have a headache. Not sure if it's the caffeine or the Splenda or totally unrelated. Gives me a good excuse to try again tomorrow.

I wish Tom would bloody get here so I can see those numbers going down again.

Talk to all you big losers tomorrow.

Probably not quite as sweet as as the powder stuff. But nice and rich with the heavy cream. And you can always add a bit more Splenda.

I haven't been eating any sweet things or sugar subs so it tasted nice and sweet to me.
