My hysterectomy was in May. I still get the hormonal effects of TOM. So I'm always guessing if a gain or craving is from hormones or something I ate.

Yay Laura - you're almost in onederland!! I'm so excited for you!!

I can remember that anticipation from last time. I was just reading my online journal from those days. I waited and waited to get to 200 and then when I did I bounced back up again the next day. Took me a few more to see 199 and drove me crazy.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you that you see that 199 soon!!

I So don't miss dealing with the Tampons etc. Except I have an almost 13 yr old so yep I still deal with them, for her! Lol! I figure the scale will probably go back up in the morning. Ended up eatting 3 LC bars today! Had sausage and 1 bar for breakfast, hb patty with tomato and onion and mayo for lunch and a bar,and sauted catfish which turned out Nasty for some reason so Iu had another bar! just couldn't seem to stop myself today! Oh well there's Always tomorrow! I'm so close to my goal I will Not give up!

Whoosh!!!!!!

This morning is 7 days on Atkins 72 introduction.... drum roll! 258 ... 9 lbs gone in one week....

Goodmorning all... as you can tell I am super excited about my whoosh over nite.....I have been doing a 1 a day so its nice to get up and see 3 lbs gone over night... Happy! Happy! Happy! 11 lbs till my 247 goal for September!

Laura, you are doing great! At the rate I'm losing, you catch up and pass me. We'll all get to our goals eventually.

Mycattaz and Niki, way to go on the losses! You both are doing so wonderful!

Shelly, I have days where I just get ravenous. I have a bunch of Quest bars but they don't fill me up so I haven't touched them. Hoping you'll see that scale go down again tomorrow.

Princessmom I hate days like that.... how did you cook you catfish? I usually just pain fry mine in alittle butter, I have also baked it... butter, salt and pepper... could put alittle lemon on it if you like lemon on your fish..

Did my video yesterday again. Day 3. I'm still holding onto the weight gain. I won't be changing my menu as I am hoping it will balance out in a few days. What I've read online is that people start to lose by day 5 because their muscles get used to the workout. Hopefully that will be me. Will weigh today at gym and post again then.

B: 2 eggs. and a slice of carne asada. Trying for no coffee today will see how long that lasts.
