Hey - I belong in this club! Unfortunately, I have about 40 lbs to go before I reach this goal. Sigh. But, I'm feeling optimistic. And, funny about the first post - I thought 140 was super fat when I was in high school and college. Oh to have that waif body again...

Any one have before and after pix they would share to post?
I need some inspiration.
I just cannot wait for the day that I can post a pix of myself at 140. Right now I feel like I am wearing a "fat suit" like Gwyenth Paltrow did in that movie...or at least a "Pregnancy fat suit" with a big fat belly & butt. Even though my measurements are still hourglass, 41-31-41. I cannot get past the fact that I weigh 190 lbs and should be 140 lbs 36-26-36 which is what I was before kids 5 years ago. I know I have a muscular frame, but I feel like people are lying to me when they say I do not look fat! I am only 5'5 and know that 190 makes me "obese" according to the BMI calculations. It just messes with my head when people around me keep telling me that I do not need to be on a diet! Do they just want me to be fat?

Semi-sweet chocolate chips!

I do get sweet cravings, especially at TOM.
Atkins bars have 19g carbs & even though they say there are only 3g net carbs, they still seem to cause stalling.
So I have about 8 semi-sweet chocolate chips which is just 4g carbs.
It satisfies my sweet tooth & so far so good.
Anyone else try these?

(I just do not have the time or patience to make "fat bombs")
