Anyone lose weight doing the p90 dvds in combination with Atkins? (90 day rigorous exercise program)

It is that TOM for me, so I have gained 5 or 6 lbs. I decided to change my exercise routine so I started doing some p90X dvds and I am up 2 today. Could it still be the water weight gain from that TOM or is it from the p90x dvds? I am already drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water a day and could not imagine needing to drink more water!
Has anyone successfully lost weight doing Atkins in combination with the p90 DVD program? I will stick with it. My goal is to lose 50 lbs in 90 days.

*Aug 1 - 200 lbs
*Aug 5 - 195 lbs
*Aug 7 - 191.8
*Aug 9 - 192
*Aug 10 191
*Aug 15 - 196 (TOM)
*Aug 18 - 198 (TOM)

Probably a mix of both TOM and the intense exercise. Exercising can stall or halt some loss due to your muscles holding on to water to repair muscles

I stopped insanity because I didn't want to pass out or something as I was new and didn't know effects of low carb. I've wanted to start again but it takes so much time that I now don't have. Most of what I've read said during intense exercise like that you should have some protein shake or other drink w carbs in it before or during so your muscles don't starve themselves and breakdown. I'd do more research before you try it.

Focus T25 is only 25 minutes, and so far not as difficult as what I heard P90 gets, requires no equipment also.

Lost 30 lbs in 90 days
Well I actually lost 30 lbs in 90 days (Aug 1 - Nov 1)...not the 50 lbs as I had hoped, however, I am still glad I lost.

I gained a lot of insight as to what worked for my body & what did not. I realized that I cannot do p90x every day, since I tend to bulk up & gain weight. So I vary the program & only do the DVDs a couple days, but walk or jog on the other days.

My new goal is 20 lbs in 60 days. I would like to be 150 by December 30.
