Chinese Food questions?!

My kids love Chinese food and we usually eat it 2x a week.
I've been following induction for the last 3 weeks but have
no idea how many carbs I'm actually eating.

I usually get chicken with broccoli (no sugar or corn starch)
I add 2 hot sauce packets and 1 soy sauce. I can't find
a carb count for the packets. I definitely retain water from
Chinese food but was just wondering around
how many carbs this would be.

I did a quick search, and I've seen everything from 0 to 6 carbs per packet for the hot sauce. :/ Any way you could take along your own hot sauce from a brand that's safe, or make your own and take it along? The sriracha recipes I've seen all call for sugar, but you could easily substitute another sweetener.
