I know this is an old thread but I wanted to share a new take on bullet proof coffee. I had went to Starbucks today for a frap with heavy cream and sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup and it was delish so I wanted to try making one at home. Below is the recipe I used for a Bullet Proof Frappacino

2 tablespoons instant decaf coffee (to taste)
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 rounded tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
*10-15 ice cubes

Blend in a blend for about 30 seconds

I no longer have a need to spend $5 on a frap at Starbucks.

Wow. A Bullet Proof Frappuccino recipe. Making it tomorrow for breakfast or after work. I really miss the SB brand because I grew up with ice coffee before it was ever popular.
