Help! Stalling!!
So I am in my third week of induction. I decided to do it for a longer time. But after I lost the water weight I have only been losing about 1 lb a week! I keep seeing on atkins book to eat until you are satisfied but that means like 800-1000 calories for me honestly (I drink a lot of water which helps me feel full and the fat helps too). Other people say I need to eat more to lose weight...but that would mean eating until im ridiculously full! I dont know which direction to take and could use some help. I do p90x ab ripper and lift weights every other day. Nothing too intense. I also do some cardio by playing soccer a few nights a week. There was one day where I actually lost 1.3 lbs by the next day and that was eating about 700 calories and some cardio. After I increased to about 1500 or so I am seeing such a tiny amount or no weight loss.

Eat more veggies and a bunch of water. You are eating to few calories and the veggies will help. Also, after the water weight, it does slow down. You are still going down, but it might be in inches and not pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat remember.

I am on a six week stall so I understand how you feel. The poster above is correct about water and upping veggies. I stalled right after induction and I upped my veggies and water and had a three pound whoosh. :)
700 calories is not enough, especially if you are working out. Sometimes if you aren't eating enough calories your body will stall, so be mindful of that.
Hopefully you figure out your stalling issue. Good Luck. :)

Every person is different. For me, eating plenty of low carb veggies are essential for my success
I do not know your personal stats, but it seems you are eating pretty low calories. I think your body may be thinking "starvation"
Tweak your diet a little bit and see what happens
Good luck to you!

Are you eating enough fat?
Could you post more info about yourself?
