Cheated - wine.....still lost

I'm on day 15 of Induction. On Saturday night I went out and drank
3 glasses of white wine. Was worried but weighed myself this morning
and I'm down a pound since weighing myself since last Friday.
Question - I ate very little food on Saturday. An omlette and then later
the 3 glasses of wine. Did perhaps eating so little offset the potential
damage that wine could have done. I have every intention of staying on Induction until I've lost the weight, but what I will say, is about 2 times a month I do like to go out with the girls and have some drinks...its too hard not to espeically in the summer. It may slow me down just a bit but I don't think add weight back on....thoughts?

When I drink I can have only one glass or I will stall. You probably won't see the stall right away. Could take a couple of days, that is what happens to me. If I drink on a Sunday, I will stall on Tuesday or Wednesday and it takes my body three to five days to get back on track. You also may gain some weight, but it will be water weight. Water weight will come off fast, but the stall is the real bummer. The fact you ate a small amount has nothing to do with losing this morning. What happens is wine will knock you out of Ketosis, and can potentially cause a stall a couple days later, because your body is out of ketosis at that point.
Hopefully for you this won't happen, but three glasses of wine is a lot.
