Netrition Induction Inquiry

I was looking through the netrition website and they have some interesting looking products. Does anyone know by chance if there are any bake mixes, or snacks that particularly slated for "induction"?

I was thinking of making an order to expand some of my choices but I do not want to end up with some products that are really just low carb and more for OWL or maintenance of the program.

Thank You

I would stay away from the bake mixes while you're on induction. They all pretty much have nut flours or something else that's not induction appropriate.

Ok - I figured! What do "inductioners" usually order from there as staples? Has anyone tried the "Jello"? Thanks

I order MCT oil. I use it in my iced coffee.
I count it as induction friendly, although it's not on official induction lists.

I suggest you look at what foods you're hoping to substitute for and take it from there, cautiously.

We're all different, but I personally have better success if I stay away from most of the specialty ingredients and substitution products.

Netrition does carry some things I use, though--- the sugar-free da vinci syrups (I like chocolate and vanilla, but some others like caramel, raspberry, hazelnut, etc. are favorites of others. Heinz reduced sugar ketchup (1 carb per tbl and very good on a burger), Mt Olive no sugar added sweet pickles.

For now, I'm staying away from the bake mixes, low carb crackers/breads, etc because I want to retrain my way of eating to include less bakery and more veggie.
