Hanging in there:
July 7-145.4
July 8-144.2
July 9-143.0
July 10-143.0-Didn't get my exercise in today

Ive got to try to start eating closer to 3 meals. I tend to just graze all day. For some reason, I think I lose better when I eat actual meals rather than grazing.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning! Had a Great vacation and it was short but ready to go home. We hit the amusement parks yesterday and had a Blast! It was So Hot though! I ate pretty good, brisket with green beans. Somewhere along the way I hurt my neck Probably during that last coaster! With my Fibromyalgia it's easy to cause myself pain. So I hurt all night and this morning. Took The hottest shower possible and it helped some. Had delivery last night to our hotel room. Chinese. Yeah I splurged a bit on the Carb count but not To bad I don't think. Really Curious to see what the scale says tomorrow morning.
Hope ya'll have a Great Wednesday!!

Down 5.2 lbs!

I'm back!! I wasnt going to weigh in because TOM should be here any minute, but I did and I am way happy! I didnt do a lot of walking at MIL house but really did good staying on plan. So I have really not exercised as of yet. I am feeling like I am ready to start exercising - my energy is up, my spirits are up...

1MOREGIN - You can do it. Getting rid of stressors is so important. I do great and then something or someone stressful hits and I feel like I am on a tightrope about to fall off and do fall of - I start back school Aug 26 so I have a good month and a half before stress hits again. I am going to push with all I got to get this weight off. I am 41-y-o w 3 kids going back to school so the load gets stressful! I also have done this WOE before and lost significantly - and gained it all back and am back again!

Shelly: Good job on the McDonald's trip - Love the "Ill have it tomorrow"

I am off work today so hoping to get some studying in and plan to get the xbox out and exercise and work in the yard a bit!

Have a great day everyone!

Start weight 203.8. My goal for this month is 195.
July 1 203.8
July 2 203.8
July 3 201.8
July 4 - weighed in but forgot to post
July 5 200.8
July 6-9 - on vaca
July 10 - 198.6

I hope you don't mind if I join. I started Monday for the hundredth time so hoping this is the last time that I start and restart. The only goal I have for July is to stay on program. I know that sounds lame but once I reach that goal I feel like I can start making weight goals.

7/8 - 219.6
7/9 - 218.8

TSKB - I know EXACTLY what you are saying!! OMG the number of times I started was insane over the past 7 years. This time - what I did different...I didnt worry about how fattening stuff was in fact - I made it fattening - example - made hamburger and plopped on sour cream - eggs plopped on sour cream - hamburger with avocado -

I admit I was thinking Oh Hell I am going to pay for this but I just did it and low and behold my appetite went away or diminished significantly!! I used to have to eat nonstop I swear. Yesterday I ate a piece of chicken at around 11am and didnt eat again until 9pm!! In the old days (like 10 days ago) I would have thought I was gonna die!

So now I am on day 10 - REALLY? uNBELIEVABLE!!!...I am down 5.2 lbs since July 1 and TOM is any day...needless to say I am a believer - oh and NO exercise except for playing xbox for a few minutes one day!!

ugh. That's all I can say. Today is anther day. why do I do this to myself. I cheated again! and I know if I just do 5 days without the cheats I would get into the next decade. I need to be stronger. I need to throw away the cheat foods. I need to go to the grocery store...this is the longest I've gone without shopping. Like over two weeks. So for sure this week. I need to get prepared. At lunch today i'm driving down to the local store to grab a few items I love to purchase there. Cheese, chicken, heavy whipping cream (craving a cup of coffee)!!
And why can't I get my rear on that treadmill!! we are even doing a step challenge and I haven't done the treadmill!!! Today's personal goal and challenge WALK THE TREADMILL!

B: 2 eggs 3 bacon
L: boneless pork ribs and asparagus
S: salad
D: boneless pork ribs and artichoke

That is me I normally eat non stop and never seem to get full but I can tell how different this is because I am not always thinking about food. The only thing I can see that I will struggle with is sweets. I really need to cut them out completely and I am not much for cokes but desserts is completely different. I hope I can make 10 days. Weekends are my downfall especially when it comes to alcohol.

I know about desserts and weekends with alcohol. I used the canned whipped topping and pretend it is icecream - I put some stevia and cinnamon on it. I did have alcohol actually - (I forgot about that) on July 4th - I had vodka and diet gingerale/sprite. I bought the flavored vodka (orange) - it was so good - tasted like a fresca. (Gosh I wonder what I would have lost though by now had I NOT had some of the cheats that I have had???)

It is hard to be perfect that is for sure!! I just try harder and harder to eat better and better with each day!

I KNOW I WOULD BE LESS if I had not cheated! lol. well not lol. This sucks. Went and did a quick run to the store. Got pickles (for my chicken salad), got sour cream and green onion mix to dip my celery in, got chicken wings (fully cooked to quickly heat up for lunch at work) got diet green teas - so that I won't want so much coffee or soda. oh and lettuce, broccoli slaw, cheese etc. So I have enough to tie me over for the week till I actually make it to major shopping.

now i'm craving chicken wings LOL!

Pink I'm doing a lot of BBQ. Making steaks, hamburgers, brats and chicken on the grill and then making stuff from there. Cutting up steak and doing a steak salad or cutting up chicken for chicken salad, or shred it for all kinds of stuff. Or just warming up meat and making a quick salad or german green beans or such to go along with. If I'm not too hungry I cut a piece in half. Also cook on my day off to have things to go to. I work 11pm to 7:30 or 9:00am 6 days a week... fun fun huh? The key is do ahead! or a do quick. Flatouts pizza is a quick one and can take leftovers to work for lunch.

Do they still make lo carb beer? I did that back in 2006 with success. Burn it off by dancing or whatever... Maybe pop a couple of carb- blockers?

Good morning everyone!
Congrats to everyone on their loses! Hoping we all have lots of motivation and will power today!!

July 7-145.4
July 8-144.2
July 9-143.0
July 10-143.0-Didn't get my exercise in today
July 11-142.8

I think I'm going to have to start drinking broth or upping the salt like the NANY book suggests, I seem to get a little dizzy/light headed every once in a while. Anyone else do this? I'm always worried about the sodium making me stall, but I think I must need it.

Have a great day!

down some more - total 5.6!

down .4 - I will take it!

1moregin - yes I forgot I had low carb beer on vaca a few days ago (gosh I must be getting old - forget all the cheats - lol - whoops!) I had Michelob ultra I believe - in the skinny cans.

Yesterday I did not exercise but I did go outside and pull weeds and worked up a decent sweat. I am proud that I cut my daylilies back finally too . I did great sticking to plan. I had

seafood medley with butter
1/2 hb patty with little bacon (son's leftover sonic burger) w sour cream
2 pieces of chicken fried and breaded with atkins mix (husband made it - I am not crazy about the breading as far as wanting to use it on plan, but since he cooked, I am not going to complain!)
seafood medley breaded (atkins) and fried
brussel sprouts
whipped topping
(definitely not enough water though)

I am off work again today. I want to straighten up the house, drink plenty of water, stay strict on plan, study for 2 hours, and get the xbox out and work up a sweat.

Start weight 203.8. My goal for this month is 195.
July 1 203.8
July 2 203.8
July 3 201.8
July 4 - weighed in but forgot to post
July 5 200.8
July 6-9 - on vaca
July 10 - 198.6
July 11 - 198.2 (down 5.6) (beginning of TOM)

Have a great day!

Good Morning-

tskb- I am with you on the weight goal, I only track on plan and work out days
Pinkcadillac - how about a little tuna or egg salad? would that be light enough but filling enough for you?

So on plan yesterday, but BARELY- I had some guac, some nuts and a blueberry- also the artificial sweetners are getting out of control so I really need to cut back- I didn't do the firm either last night to burn off the extra carbs so like I said- on plan but BARELY

SO on to today- I have a pretty intense yoga class tonight so hoping that helps get my workout groove back

July 5- OP 1/WO
July 6- OP 2
July 7- OP 3/WO
July 8- OP
July 9 - OP/Yoga
July 10 - OPish

Pcaltman. Hampton roads. I love VA- she's a beautiful girl, but has some ugly scars... So I had to leave and head out west. ❤ "NOVA" is really cool. Oh- out western va? Beautiful country. I went to va tech 2 years- very pretty out there! Enjoy.

Mischale. Yeah lo carb beer! Gonna stick it out till New Years for a couple or 6. Lol.

Good morning all! Have a great day. Down 1 more. And I ate lots yesterday!

My teen mentioned nachos! Pork rinds, cheese, some sour cream and olives. Excited.

Ta ta.

Yes Michelob Ultra is 2 carbs and that is what I normally drink. I have not tried carb blockers do they seem to work? Where do you get them?
