Only down 2 lbs. :-(

Goal is to cut out all cheese. Exercise more. Drink more water. I am not giving up.

I checked my urine with the Reli On Ketone Strips and it is between Small and moderate in color.

Not sure if that is good or bad.

I know I need to increase my carbs. Today I had maybe 10. I have to force myself to eat veggies.

Why increase carbs?
Will this help, I've just cut mine in an effort to lose more, cos that's all I lost in the first 2 weeks. 2nd weigh in tonight

I personally don't think I'm getting enough in. There have been a few days where I don't eat any veggies.

There are some people in this forum who do just fine on Atkins without vegetables. For me, I prefer to eat vegetables daily. I like the added variety and nutrition. Do whatever works for you!
