Count me in. Today I lost a pound and I hit another big milestone......45 pounds in 5 months!!!

I have NO stinking clue where that came from since I was 149 yesterday :( my bodys holding fluid today for some reason. Ring is Tight. Oh well hopefully it'll be gone soon!

Morning everyone!!!! i have a swollen foot this morning too....i'had it ultrasounded and nothing bad with the blood vessels, and my doc thinks it's some tissue causing the problem. I didn't lose much last month, maybe that one pound. In about 5weeks i go to maine for most of the summer, and i'm SO looking forward to that! I just need a few days off!!! I'm rambling....got to go to work!

I do have a work conference the third of June. However, I'll be packing lots of low carb friendly stuff (well as much as the airport will allow me to bring!).

Happy June to everyone! Summer is already here in Arizona, we're supposed to hit 113 tomorrow! I love the summer, and I love going out on the boat, so I'm ready for it!

I'm hoping to get firmly into the 240's this month. That should be doable. I'm also ALMOST to the 50 pound mark. Once I hit 250, I'll have lost 50 pounds since February 22, so I'm really looking forward to that milestone!

Here's to a successful month for all of us!

Hi everybody I'm still hanging in there. I've seen the numbers moving down 239.5 this week, but it's very slow. I think it slows down after a year of losing almost everyday. I'm fine with that.... now that I see that more more weight will come off if I stay with the plan good luck everybody and enjoy this wonderful weather we're having

I'm joining in! I seem to be gaining instead of losing for the last 7 days, even though I'm doing everything right.

June 1st 182.8 (WTH) lol

Goals for June:

175lbs

Keep working on 3x a week strength training (one of those days with a trainer)
Keep up yoga 3x a week
Keep to 1400-1600 calories a day, 15-25g net carbs, 75-110g protein, rest in fat!

Biggest goal? Improve strength, flexibility, and continue to reap the health benefits of low carb and being active. :) The scale is secondary, but damn, I still have 40 lbs to go to a healthy weight, so it's gotta come off eventually! ;)

Well I'm going to jump into my first challenge with no weight. I don't get my scale until Monday :D

Whatever my weight is, I would like to lose 6 pounds this month. I would be happy with that. I am also doing a two week candida detox starting Monday.

Had a bad month last month but at least ended with a small loss... so going for 215# this month. I think I got past my plateau so we'll see how June goes.

Hello everyone, I'm still here and hanging on to the LC way of eating, but I have had a few small cheats lately due to worrying about my health - no excuse just a reason. That all stops here though and I'm back on track!

June goal for me is 152.0

June 1st 157.4
June 2nd 156.2

Going to New York, Miami and Naples Fl for a month on July 11th so want to be 150 or less by then :):):)

My boys and I spent the day at the pool yesterday. It turns out that 4 hours is a bit too much for the first pool day of the season! :) We all look like lobsters, even though we kept reapplying sunscreen. Plan to stay indoors today!
