Well I got my walk in this morning with my Mom. Yesterday was 2 miles but this morning I stopped at 1. It was So humid and Hot already @ 8:30am. Was sweating like crazy. But felt Good to get out there and Do something!

Still going up, ugh!!!! I did have Justin's all natural Peanut Butter last night. I have been so sick with the tom. Hopefully the worst is over and I can start going back down.

Oh I made great chicken breast filets covered with porkrinds seasoned with Buffalo wild wings BBQ chipotle dry rub. 0 carbs!!! just like eating at the restaurant, minus the boneless fried wings. lol

today:

B: 2 deviled eggs, 5 lil sausages, coffee with hwc and waldens chocolate syrup
S: will be chicken salad with mayo - ON HOLD AT WORK WITH A BILLING ISSUE starving and wanting a glass of water....I can see the kitchen but cant reach it. LOL.
L: some delicious chicken filets and a hamburger patty if I don't get filled up.
s: craving some cucumber or a low carb yogurt - never ate it yesterday and need to, it expires. I know I said no veggies or anything extra for a week.
D: more great chicken

I walked the treadmill for like 11 min. lol. I was in my pjs sitting on my couch the air cond on and decided ...get the heck up and start this walking routine you've been promising yourself. So barefoot even, I walked. With my pedometer on as usual and added another 1200 steps. My daily Its a start. I promised 3x a week and that was day 1 lol.

Just in case you are wondering...IM STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THIS BILLING ISSUE! going on an hour now. But my boss walked by and got me some water. LOL.

I'm out of town on business, but the scale said 179lbs this morning, so still basically in a holding pattern. Only slept for a few hrs, so maybe that's good!

Oh! Almost forgot, I had the YUMMIEST lunch today! So soo good. I usually only eat meat, eggs, and cheese, but today there were some avocados on the counter that needed to be used up, so I smushed up an avocado in a bowl and added some mayo, bacon, and cheese and mixed it all up together. It was AMAZING. Maybe because I haven't had an avocado in so long....but still really yummy!

Happy Friday! My hubby finally returns tomorrow from Afghanistan. I can't wait! Have not been sleeping well due to my excitement. He was home last around Easter time so I have lost another 13 lbs since then. I only have 12 to go until I hit my goal weight. It is certainly getting harder and harder to drop the weight!

I am taking 7 yes 7 Big garbage sacks of clothes to the Goodwill today! Between the clothes I can't wear anymore and kids and hubbys clothes our closests look So much better!

Ok, so maybe the increase in calories from what I was doing before and the whole change in diet thing is the cause of my increase. oh and tom coming any day. But I know not to worry because hopefully by the end of next week I will see a whoosh. I need to stick to it and not be discouraged. But it sucks when the scale goes the wrong direction. And this week so constipated. Ugh. (just ate a nice salad) I've done this diet before with great success. I know it works. I know I've lost up to 10 lbs in one week and I haven't cheated. Sticking to meats and eggs and bacon. Maybe I need to up my fat counts. I was using a lean meat, and turkey bacon, because that is what I had. Hoping to stay on track this weekend. That's the hardest part of the week for me.

Pcaltman, my hubby was a Marine too! He is now Civilian. We have two boys, 6 and 13. It has been a very long year! We were very fortunate that he was able to come home a few times to visit. It will be so great to all be together again!

Have you tried taking some magnesium? Since I also stick to pretty much just meat, eggs, and cheese, I take magnesium every day and it keeps me very regular. That might help with the constipation.

Trini I couldn't get rid of those clothes fast enough! Lol! I gave a lot away over the last yr to my Mom and whoever wanted them. I ended up with 7 Big ole bags gone today! Alot of my kids stuff too.
Luvleliz hang in there hon, my body has Yo-yo'd for Months! It's Very frustrating But I just think of how awful i'd feel if I went off plan and Really saw that scale go up!

luvleliz - check what yer eating but stick with it... last month was awful for me... a total of 3# all moth and it was tough gettin them. Now I'm back on a roll... stick with the plan and it will work.

Shelly- WAy TO GO! and good job on gettin the closet cleaned out... kk going to clean mine out when I get done here.

DQ - Prayers still for your Dad and now for your lil one... I just don't know what I'd do if something happened to one of mine. They are such our kids.
