Luvleliz, I eat plain Greek yogurt with almond butter and berries, for breakfast (Don,t think you can eat this on induction) for lunch I mainly eat meat (mainly chicken or pork)with Veg.. and mainly the same for Dinner...I always have baked or BBQ meat son hand and vegetables for quick and easy:-)
Going to try band make soy yogurt have to give up dairy because of my Asthma.

Shelly hoping that your puff is gone.
DQ hope all is well with your Dad you are in my prayers.

Had ladies night out last night and did great, but had some sweetish fish. Could have yelled at myself for that one, but oh well. First time cheating so today back to day 1. Still totally bloated but I always gain 3-5 at tom then it goes away, so in time.

Back from hospital land. My dad's hallucinations are becoming less frequent, but it's a huge challenge convincing him to do things like TAKING the COUMADIN. I have a few days respite (haha meaning work).

Brought my calories back up to 1100 and change. Scale started to move again. Also hit all my goals on my fitbit site. Spent an hour on my treadmill to force my body to use those fat deposits!

Went on a 2 mile walk-Jog with my girl and my Mom this morning. Mainly walking Lol! But some jogging. I'm Trying to build up to More jogging Felt great to get out and be active

Ok, for the rest of the week - no alcohol, no veggies (except cucumber and avocado - maybe), no anything else but meat, chicken, mayo, butter, eggs, cheese. Lets see what happens. I need a whoosh and to stop saying oh, a bite of this will be ok because it isn't!! For this diet to work you cant cheat. I was on another diet that was working quite well - but I started to get to comfortable in the carb options and wasn't losing. I also swore that I spent all this money on food, that i'm going to eat it. !!! I can't stand when I throw stuff out. So right now i'm cooking with lean ground beef (93/7) turkey bacon etc. and I did buy low carb yogurt and it is going to expire (4 carbs each) so I think I have 2 left. but for the most part, no sweets except atkins products. no chips etc.

B: - 2 deviled eggs / 3 turkey bacon (turkey is what I had and had to cook up)
S1 - canned chicken with mayo - 4 oz and 1 pickle spear
L: - taco meat (3 oz) 1 hamburger patty (weighed 2 1/2 oz - go figure thought they were bigger lol) with slice of cheese and tukey bacon on top.
S2 - the rest of the canned chicken and mayo - maybe a low carb yogurt
D: chicken breast tenderloins covered in porkrinds - new recipe hope it comes out.

Good luck and prayers to all of you going through medical issues. It's never fun. Congrats to all losing and stick with it to those that aren't. I know it works, I lost 60 lbs in 2005. gained back 20, held steady til I got pregnant again and now I need to lose 20 just to get back to where I was. 40 to get to my lowest. But we can do this!!

I just input all my foods on a tracking site that I use almost everyday. I try to put the foods in first and see where I can tweak it before I eat it not only to not overeat but to watch my carbs. I was over 100 carbs, then lower then averaging about 50 or less the past week, today 7 carbs - not net, just 7. This is what I will eat for the rest of the week. LOL. Just to get out of the 220's!!! I need a new decade.

Just starting June Induction :-)

Im just starting June induction for a quick summer launch. I found out that by preparing a menu with only meat,, then adding a couple carbs to each meal keeps me from going over the carb count. usually into Ketosis within a day or two. But I workout on weights pretty strong.

When I really count EVERY single carb, this works for me. After I have been in ketosis for a while, it starts to matter less.


Ill post pics when I get some done and ready. a couple days I guess.
I'll be looking through the boards to meet everyone

The scale is not budging but after only 4 kettlebell classes my jeans are getting saggy in the butt! I'm already noticing a HUGE difference in my endurance during class too

Well on new meds, cost a bundle but feeling a lot better, however when the nurse put me on the scale the had my weight at 151lbs so I guess my scale is wrong...but its what I've been using since I started this new faze of my life and I love that I,m in the 140's but it might also explain why my jeans are still not fitting the way I want them...the Dr what me off dairy altogether no cream in my coffee, no yogurt...: I love Greek yogurt I've given up everything...but I'm really going to try.

Cheated yesterday. Had intense cravings. But cheated with foods on plan, just way, way too many carbs. Had cashews, peanut butter, too much splenda and HWC and tried out the So Delicious Mint Chocolate Chip. Yum!
