Hallelujah! The weight gaining every day the last week finally is over and as of this morning I'm back to .2 less than last Monday's weight. 2.2lb drop over night. About time! Yay for perseverance.

Yoga class in a couple hours, so I should probably get motivated here to make breakfast and get organized. Happy Monday Eve every everyone!

Well hospital vending machines stink! My cousins husband is in the hospital due to an allergic reaction to shellfish. He and my husband are like brothers and my cousin called this morning to see if we'd come sit with her. We were there over 5 hrs before they admitted him. Can't get his O2 levels about 93. I was starving so I ended up with some greasy beef stick thing and a diet coke. Gonna be Very happy at supper tonight though since my Hubby is grilling steaks that have been marinading since about 8:00 am! Yum!!

Joining in the challenge!

Goals for this month: Work out 3 times a week, each week.

I was at 215 and then sprung back up to 218 - so frustrating. But I've been slipping a lot. I decided to add in a handful of blueberries & nuts, but went overboard and it turned into nuts and M&Ms and all sorts of fruit and etc. I think I'm gonna force myself back on induction somehow

Encouragement PLEASE!

Shelly, Sorry to hear about your day at the hospital! Hope your steaks were yummy!

Dipsydoodle, hang in there and stay strong! Resisting temptation can be tough, but it's worth it! When I get urges to eat things I shouldn't, I eat a small handful of almonds or I will read a bunch of posts from these forums to get my motivation back. I also tell myself that sugar is poison (and I tell myself this enough that I believe it).

Nice drop Avy! Congrats!

DQ, your summer in Maine sounds fun!! Mmmmm lobster!

Thanks ya'll. My cousin texted me last night and now they aren't sure if it was an allergic reaction, he Does have an infection though. He had hernia (umblicial) repair in March and got an infection afterwards but thought it was gone. Well apparently it's not he started running a fever last night so antibotics in his IV now.

Okay here goes Got my Eat Smart scale today!

6/3 - 336.6

I started at 354.5 last November, took a two month break Jan and Feb. And have been eating closer to 30-40 net carbs a day. I am in ketosis, due I believe to how physical my job is.

My other challenge for June is to get through this candida cleanse. I feel terrible flu like today.

June 1 weight 209.5. I'm doing induction by the book...literally. Keeping a journal I bought in 2005 and didn't use. I started induction 5/30 at 212 and weighed 207.5 this morning. I know it's fluid loss, but it's exciting!
