Should I do induction?

Hello. I have been reading the Atkins books and I a question. I weigh about 150 pounds and would like to lose around 20 pounds and was wondering if I should do induction or start at OWL? I want to do this right, so any help would be great. Thank you.

If you want to do Atkins, yes, you should start with induction. And my advice is to skip the bars and shakes too.

I agree. Induction is important.
