Pictures of my fat - 4 lbs 4 days - Stall Over

Ok - you've heard the story before. Lost weight on low carb years ago. Kept it off, gained some of it back and now having trouble losing it. Yada, yada, yada. Well I said let's go back and see what I'm doing wrong. Ran across a thread on here talking about percentages of fat. So goal of this week was to increase fat to greater than 70%. Well, as of this morning 4 lbs lost in 4 days!

I ran across a package of "Wrights Ends and Pieces" which is basically left over pieces of bacon, the majority of which is fat. I normally wouldn't buy anything like this, but Wrights is the brand of bacon I eat anyway. It has 31 grams of fat in 2 oz. That sure helped my number. It also has large chunks of meat that is more like ham than bacon. Way good.

Also, I been doing meat and eggs only this week. So not sure what got the scales to moving just very happy. Hopefully, movement will keep up.

Show me your fat!!!

I was considering going back to a strict induction for a while. In the meantime I decided to try some fat bombs since every raves about them so much. I replaced my morning protein drink with a fat bomb and have the drink before bed now. I went from light to strong moderate on the ketone strip, and am back to noticeable ketone smell when I sweat (it's a good thing for me).

All from upping the fat Although bacon would be a tasty way to do it too!

Fat Bomb

There are a lot of threads about them, but basically it is a variety of fats mixed together in a tasty way.
Mine was (I didn't measure just threw it together)
cream cheese
coconut oil
almond butter
dark cocoa powder
flax seed and chia seed

they are tasty and very rich, and for me, since my job is pretty physical, they seem to help me get through the full time without feeling hungry during.
