Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

I bought a bag when I was doing Southbeach to make these cream cheese PB balls rolled in it. Is it allowed during Induction?

I don't recall that it is, but someone with the book may need to refresh my memory.
I just finished a bag yesterday (makes a nice chewey fat bomb), but I am not going to buy any more for a while. I may add some back, along with coconut flour, when I am a bit further along. On the other hand, CO is now a vital part of my everyday diet.

It doesnot specifically mention coconut but the idea is no nuts on induction. Read up in other places as well and that seems to be the consensus.

Ha! Here you are- questioning the legality of coconut. I just asked on your other
thread whether or not you were following induction, because of the coconut (and
a few other things). Atkins induction and South Beach induction use different foods
but I'm not familiar enough with SB to just tell you straight out what the differences
are.
