p90x is a very extreme workout. i would personally take a day and rest or maybe even work out to the p90x but not to the intensity that they do. if your body is telling you to slow down, thats what you should do. i'm not saying don't push yourself at all, but you have to back off if you're "ready to faint" maybe do a day off and a day on of the p90x or even switch back and forth between that and an easier one every other day until you're up to par with the intensity that is required for p90x. good luck!
