I'm in! Today I lost a pound and I hit another big milestone......40 pounds in 4 months!!! :):):)

Hello!!! Long time, no post!

March/April were absolutely crazy. Got in a car accident that totaled the car, hubby had a huge job interview 6 states away, I subsequently got an interview in the potential city and was getting pressured to move NOW. Glad I didn't because hubby didn't get the job (he hasn't received a rejection letter yet). Also had my birthday, we were invited to Germany, stomach flu...and a bunch of other things. Just overall stressful!

My weight has stayed at/around 150. We are going on vacay in 18 days, so my goal is to get below 145. It has to be possible because I am back on induction. Anyways, I've missed everyone and it's fun to read how everyone has been doing....Congrats to so many of yall!

I'm new to this forum, but not to low carb. On and off, on and off for 35 years now. But the weight is no longer creeping up -- it is running rampant. So I'd like to join this challenge. For me, clean low carb eating of under 40 grams total carbs (20 net) each day and daily exercise. I'm terribly out of shape and jiggly all over. I'm leaving on a trip June 8th and would like to be at least 10 lbs. lighter by then, hopefully 15. I'm going to make the Magic Bullet my friend and drink a couple of shakes a day plus two LC simple meals. AND train myself to once again eat raw veggies. Wish me luck.

Hello!
Newbie here. I'm on my 3rd day of induction and kinda messed up last night and had a glass of wine. I am expecting it to set me back another possibly a week of induction.

My may goals are:
Follow plan 100%
Get my butt to the gym 2-3X a week.

Yay for May! I weighed in today at 163.8, so I think I'll make my goal 155 for the month of May. I'm going to start up some exercise this month and see how that goes as well :D.

Gonna join in for the month. I'll try to post more this month as to progress. I did make last months goal and got to 224.4.
This month gonna try for 215. Good luck to everyone and may the weight came off better this month than it did last month.

Welcome to our new challengers!! No change on the scale today, which is fine. Holding strong at 180 and I'm happy with that. Started taking Tae Kwon do class with my son last night and I'm so sore today!! He made it look so easy. Should be good for me though. Taking it 3 nights a week now. We will see if that helps with the scale!! :):)

Good morning evyone!
I had to get up way too early in order to covr wn FDA meeting on a new injectable filler...so I didn't weigh. It's going to be a looong day. Driving up along the Potomac, there are a lot of crewing teams out, and it's going to be a glorious day, but I'll be inside a hotel ballroom, writing all day. Le sigh. I packed an egg and three deli-style thinly sliced chicken and i have a giant diet coke to last me until 6. Ok, see ya later!
