Don't I know how you feel sweetie! I went back to strict induction for 2 days now and the scale went Up! Makes me wanna have a HC day just to get this frustration out! But I won't. I'm just so sick of seeing 150 something I could Scream!

I would be THRILLED to see 150 something (but I understand your frustration). I deserve the gain though had way too many Sols & margaritas (not to mention a ton of HC food). Hubby & I start a 4 week kettlebell class on the 27th so hoping that kick starts things.

I've been around the same weight since December! I don't know if my hysterectomy recovery is what's causing this? I have an appt next week with a new Endo dr to have my thyroid levels rechecked. I know i'm blessed to have lost so much and the last 10 lbs are so hard to lose but i'm So frustrated by this constant Up and down for soo long!

So trilled...
I don't know what happen but got up this morning and this was it...now to maintain it, i,'m just happy not to squeeze into my jeans.. would love to drop the last five or ten pounds, I think we are all losing inches maybe the weight follows..and with me no one has noticed the 10lb drop...but i.'m happy.
Coming here and reading and posting has really help me with this.. Thank you all for kindness acceptance and most of all daily support..

May 8: 133.5!!!!! WOOHOO! Finally got all that water weight back off from cheating .. Also drank tons of water yesterday and had a great 45 min cardio session at the gym which probably helped

Up today--my bad. I made zucchini puffs last night and ate more than I knew I was allowed. Woopsies! I felt the water weight swell back on within 20 minutes of eating them. It will be a mostly meat and egg day to make up for it.

Breakfast- scrambled eggs and coffee w/ stevia and HWC (2g)
Lunch- oopsie roll, leftover ham, 1 oz hard cheese, 1/3 celery stalk (3g)
Dinner- probably tilapia, decaf coffee w/ HWC...maybe a small spinach salad w/ some banana pepper rings and blue cheese dressing

I'm guessing that most of what I gained while away was just water weight so since I've increased my water since getting home (was drinking way more cerveza & tequila while away) it's just falling off. 3.5 more to go to get to my pre-vaca weight and then another 5 till I reach my May goal.
