No change today so I will finish the month 4 lbs down. Bring on the June challenge! My hubby finishes his year in Afghanistan in two weeks. I cant wait! However, it will be much harder for me to be good with this WOE with him home. He's missed a lot of good foods and wants to make up for lost time! I have to be strong! 16 lbs to my goal then I can start switching to maintenance.

Hi Everyone,
I have been so very busy with work and home stuff, I haven't had time to post. I have a confession, I had some tapioca pudding last night. Funny thing is, I didn't enjoy it like I used to.
I am ending my months at the weight of 160.5. I have stayed that all week. My goal is 10.5 lbs in 23 days. Probably wont happen, so I will just be happy with any loss.

Thank you! Yes, I am thrilled! We didn't realize how hard it would be. Thankfully he was able to visit a few times during the year. So glad it's almost over though. I am ready for "normal life" to begin!

Anyway, I should have weighed cause I know that I lost more than one pound this month! I mean, really!
But everything is good! i need to get some of my belly fat GONE. That size 0 shirt is a leetle snug, just saying!
I might walk over to the brand new Nordstrom's Rack in a few minutes- things are quiet at work (finally) and I might find some ORANGE PANTS!!!

Thanks! Yes, we both have been using this year long separation as motivation to lose weight and get back in shape. In his case, all he has to do is a little exercise and the weight falls off without a modified diet. Lucky guy! He is very supportive of my WOE though.
