So I have 2 days to cook and pack for a trip down Skyline Drive in the motor home. I really dont want to go off plan. Any ideas for food? I am thinking cold cuts, maybe bake a chicken to pick off of, hard boiled eggs......

Not too bad after a day off plan. One more pound and I'll be down 20 since April 5th! 5 more pounds until I've lost all the weight from my second pregnancy. Only took me 3 years, but whatever lol. All my clothes are getting way too big, but I don't want to have to buy more. Everything will just have to be baggy a while longer .

Hi everyone,
Would you all mind if I jump in here with you guys? I have been searching the boards like crazy trying to find the right one to get involved. You all seem to have the same food plan that I do, and I love that the posts are daily. Here is a bit about myself.
I will be 48 next month, I pretty sure I am perimeno, or whatever the heck it is. I have had 2 missed cycles out of 10.
I have done low carb before and done good. I am on day 3 and not lost anything yet. My body has just entered a different phase of life, I get that!
I got married this last December, and was at a weight of 152lbs. I have not paid any attention to my way of eating the last 6 months.
I was hoping to get to 148lbs by my 48th birthday, but I don't see that happening :-(
A year and a half ago, I branched out and started my own Housecleaning Business. I started it with 6 clients, and as of now I have 19 clients. I have a feeling that I have built a lot of muscle due to my work activity, and that is why I am not losing as quickly!
I look forward to getting involved on here.
It looks like you guys are all doing a great job!
