What's a good multi-vitamin??
I'm scared to try any, because I've made myself paranoid about carbs.:)

I am older, but either get the generic version of Centrum Silver at the groc story, or buy something similar at my coop. The old folk's version doesn't include iron, which I don't need as I am post menopausal and get plenty of iron from other sources. I hadn't considered the carbs. Should I be counting them?

I take the One-A-Day for women and it doesn't have any carbs.

I take a multi-vitamin that's made by a company that makes bodybuilding supplements. It's called "Opti-Women."

To be honest, though, I didn't do research on it. My trainer gave it to me when I started the diet and I'm just kind of doing as I'm told. So I can't honestly tell you if it's *good* or not. I should do some research on vitamins but, for some reason, that seems like it would be a lot of work and, from the little I've read, I'm not sure there are any definitive answers about what the *best* vitamin approach really is. So I'm basically just being lazy.

I am researching them now I think for my age I'm going to try the alive woman no iron, even though I have frequent and heavy periods, I have high iron levels.

I take One a Day womens. I never even Thought about carbs in my Vitamins!

I actually did some reading about vitamins the other day and came to the conclusion that we don't need multi-vitamins!!! So I don't take them (they make me sick, anyway).
I DID read that we might be lacking in Vitamin D, in general. Now, I KNOW that the best way to get Vitamin D is to get 20 minutes of sunshine every day. And, because I work in a dark, cold cave (a newsroom) all day, I bought some - on sale. You have to take them with food, too. Oh joy. But that's about all I think I need.

I also take One A Day for Women along with Omega 3 every day. I just added in some Raspberry Ketones as well. :)
