Stalls

Hi All,

I am in the third week of induction and all is going well. I see a lot of posts with people hitting stalls. I am sure they can be quite frustrating. My question is are there folks out there that never hit a stall?

of course. stalls are defined as no weight loss at all for six weeks or more when following your plan. when that happens, it's the news you need that your plan is not working. normally you need to eat less.

the problem is that normal weight loss is NOT LINEAR. people think that normal bopping around the scale does is a stall. I wish everyone would just get with the program and look at the TREND line of their weight and not get all weird about every day's scale weight! LOL
