Just Starting Today!

My first day is done and it was a success mentally. I am very excited to keep rolling and from what I've read I will steer clear of the shakes and bars for at least a couple of weeks. My goal is to drop 25 pounds total. I am so amazed by how much carbs are in all the food we eat. Great to have a board likethis to ask questions on too! Here's to all of us trying for the first time!!
