April Challenge!
 
Who is ready for an April challenge? :jumpjoy:

My goal for this month is 175. May be a bit ambitious but it helps me stay motivated to aim high!

I think I'm gonna join in on April's challenges -

My number 1 is to increase my water intake - I suck at it. It's hard because I travel between clients houses all day and will not use most of their bathrooms

I would like to fall between 210-212 this month however it's my birthday month and I am planning a day off plan. This works for me and the next day I will be back on induction but I may gain some water weight. But - sometimes I lose a couple more pounds due to shocking my body so we shall see!

Ok, I'm going to try a challenge. I'm a little nervous! I would really like to be down 10lbs by the end of April. I just finished week 1 induction and only lost 2lbs so 8 more lbs feels REALLY ambitious!

I'm in! Fell of the wagon... Hard! Hate when that happens. Time to get serious before
Summer! My goals are get back on track with my diet and dust off the treadmill .
I'd be really happy with a 10 pound loss.

My first challenge! Ok, I'm going to start working out with p90x so I may end up gaining some muscle, but I'm going to shoot for a 15 lb loss in April. I know that's a lot but I think I know what I'm doing with my diet now. So that puts me in ONEDERLAND! I would be 199 if I meet this goal..... Gonna do it!

My March goal was 195, well, I didn't meat that (haha, get it?) because of reasons, but now I'm back, I'm committed, I'm gonna make this happen. I lost around 5 pounds in March, even with all the cheats, I think I can do 8 pounds this time around.

Good morning everyone !! Old friends and new ones Everyone is welcome.
Where is mydear? She is the matriarch of this group (although I bet I'm the oldest!hah!)
I'm going to round up my weight to 143 and my official starting weight for April.
We had crabcake and oyster stew leftovers last night and there's some leftover bbq for tonight. Tomorrow I head for Kyoto-- i think it takes an entire day to get there! I'm there for four nights and five days, and it will be a challenge to see how well I do sticking to plan. I expect to stay completely on plan! But I know that some things --some hidden carbs -- may be unavoidable. But it may be easy! I will definitely be letting you know!

I am in as well. Although I am new this year, I am not new to LCF or this way of eating. I just had another baby (well, 7 months ago) and we are getting ready to transfer across the country. I need to get my eating in check!

My goal(s) for April are to get out of the 220's and to get rid of my daily headaches. So, for weight I will say 219.

oh, and weighed in at 157 this morning, would like to be 150 by may 1st...

bought a bunch of broccoli, cauliflower on sat. because i was supposed to have company, they cancelled, what can i do with it? (not eating a lot of veg at the moment, dont want it to spoil, have coleslaw to eat first)
