Nice steady down trend Cheshire Girl! KUTGW!

I am still not back to my pre-Easter weight! My body is being very stubborn this week! I had hoped it was only water weight (only ate off plan for 1 meal!). However, there seems to be more to it! Will keep at it though!

I've lost 3 pounds so far! I just started induction so it will go faster in the beginning. Just so nice to see the scale moving in the right direction! Have I mentioned that I love bacon?

hi everybody, i'm back DQ, i've just been really busy trying to catch up on all the appts i missed when the elevator was out... and was getting ready for the easter party that i had for my grand kids. i'm glad thats over. yesterday i started phyiscal therapy to strengthen my legs... my knees were bad before they turned the elevators off and now they are worst. the therapist seems to be real nice and said the we are going to get them bad in shape, so i think she's getting ready to whip me into shape...lol

my weight is up and down 5lbs in both directions so i'm stalled, but i haven't given up on this way of eating, it's the most healthy way for me eat..... good luck ladies and keep on keeping on...

hi princess..hang in there we can do this if we keep trying......

Can I join in? I did Atkins last year and lost down to 153 and then got off track . I'm now back up to 178.4 yikes!!! So I'm starting again and am determined this time!

mushrooms cooked in cream with brandy, bacon and cheese (restaurant meal so was worried about hidden sugars even though they assured me there were none) with a mixed salad with a vinaigrette dressing
12 almonds

water - but not enough

Some good losses on here WTG! Keep up the good work all!!!

Strape - hope you feel better soon

moniruth and AutumnSky - this WOE is very unforgiving of cheats - I found that out the hard way As you can see my losses are very slow but I can have even a spoonful of anything otherwise I gain or stall

good morning everybody,

i'm up and looking forward to physical therapy today... i dont know what the therapist has planned for me, but i plan on walking on the treadmill for 15 mins and riding the bike for 15 min at low speeds, then do what ever leg lifts and knee bends she suggests...

Then have my legs electricly stimulated, massaged, and wrapped......

have a wonderful day everybody and a good weekend to those who wont be on again until monday.
