Hello

I would like to join this challenge. I have been in maintenance for awhile, but weight has creeped up and I've been sloppy with my eating.

This month, I'm recommitting to LC eating so I can lose 4 lbs. I'm tired of this belly bloat I have!!!!

My downfall is not planning, so I made loaded cauliflower and coconut bark this weekend, preparing meatloaf tonight

I'm starting induction again today. Start weight is 225 I should drop 5 lbs really fast like always (water weight) so I am going to make my actual goal 210.

Marking my spot. I've been avoiding the scale, just because it's been stuck lately and instead of getting frustrated every day, I want to wait as long as I can to weigh in and hopefully just see a big whoosh! It's really motivating though to check in every day and see how well everybody is doing!

Well, after a planned carb fest yesterday for Easter lunch I was up 3 lbs. this morning! Hopefully it is mainly water weight, but we will see! Glad to see a lot of our March challengers and welcome to all the new challengers!!

Hi all, I want to come and join you over here too! My goal for April is 10lbs which I would be amazed if that happens but here's hopin'!

Had a good restart last month with a rocky Easter weekend where some alcohol and choc crept in but not too much. Looking better than this time last month for sure! People are starting to compliment my skin etc. Loving it.

So here we go: currently 196, wanna be 185lbs by May.

1 chicken breast stuffed with gruyere cheese
mixed (allowed) veg stir fry cooked in CO
12 almonds (not induction I know)
several coffees with HWC
35oz water
2 lady grey teas

Planning a spring cleaning morning - burn some calories!

Good morning everyone! Great to see so many new faces, along with our "older" challengers!

No weigh in today - going to try and stick with every other day again. ALso no workout last night and I ate 2 squares of lindt 90% - gotta get that out of the house.

So today I really need to make sure I work out. Since I have started the new job, food is not really an issue because I pack everything. Its getting the motivation to move once I get home, or get up earlier.
