Today I felt really hungry all morning but it eased off after lunch. Unexpected!

B: 2 cheesecake muffins and coffee w/hwc 3c
S: some pork rinds
L: salad with beef and lots of mayo 3c
S: coffee w/splash milk
D: homemade chicken soup, 2c

It's a bit of a guess to be honest with the carbs, the chicken soup probably has almost no carbs in it but some celery and the stock, which has 0.7c for the whole cube.

Chicken soup is super easy: brown some chicken or legs/wings on the bone in butter and oil, add celery and scallions and other veg of choice, then throw in a LC stock cube and add enough water to cover. Boil for 10 mins and then turn in it down until you know the chicken is cooked. Simple and delicious!

D:Corned Beef (2)= 1
Fried Cabbage with bacon (1 Cup)= 6 <-----Imagine frowny face here. I eat a lot of fat and meat. So "wasting" these carbs on veggies.. Breaks muh' fat little heart.

11 carbs for today!

Back from vacation and up 3lbs.

B - decaf sf caramel coffee with hwc
L - pork roast w 1oz shredded cheddar
S - 3 slices Havarti cheese
D- I think DH wants to make philly cheesesteak stuffed bell peppers

W - does decaf coffee count? I have 60oz planned for later today. Somehow...

Day 1 TOM and feeling like hell. The ground is covered in ice and its freezing outside. Not doing any running or walking for today.

Chicken pork rhind oven fried chicken I had one and a half so thats (.75)

I had 2 sausage patties for a total of (2)

Down 3lbs from yesterday doing the "pouch test" for weight loss surgery patients. Also feeling better upping my vitamins and protein intake! Going hiking today YAY! Waiting for DH to wake up and get his coffee so we can go!

Tomorrow I move to soft solids like CarbMaster yogurt, eggs, etc.

I work a 1/2 shift today and then OFF for 9 days !! WooHoo ! Still working on getting off the 2lbs left from last weeks carbfest ;/ I was up 8 lbs........ wowsers !!

hope its okay if i jump in..i started april 2nd and have been doing only Atkins induction...yesterday it was...3 thin sliced of hard salami (o carbs) and two cubes of american cheese(2 carbs),,coffee with light cream(2 carbs)...three slices of turkey rolled up with mayo /musturd(0 carbs)..1/4 ham steak with 2 over easy eggs(3 carbs)..coffee with light cream(2 carbs)...2 cubes of american cheese(2 carbs)...1 hotdog(2 carbs) with sauerkraut(2 carbs) and musturd and a diet mt Dew....about 15 carbs all day......hope everyone is doing good today

yesterday was ham with 2 scrambled eggs (1carb)......1 can of white tuna in water(0) mixed with 3 tbs mayo(0)......and just ham for dinner...oh and 3 cups of coffee throughout the day with light cream (3 carbs)...2 cubes american cheese (2)....about 6 carbs all day

I've been in meetings this week and haven't had much time to post my food but it's been pretty simple.

Monday

B - shake
L - beef broth with paper thin sliced beef
D - 3oz steak and one fried egg

Tuesday
B - CarbMaster yogurt w 2Tbsp HWC
L - lettuce, mushrooms, boiled egg, olives w blue cheese dressing
D - shredded beef with lettuce, cheese and avocado
1 orange cream sugar free Hawaiian punch packet in my water. It was like a 50 50 bar!

Drinking lots of water. My new dessert is Tazo herbal orange blossom tea. OMG it's soooo good! It doesn't need any Splenda or anything.

No workouts for the past two days, too much going on! But the weather should clear up this weekend, and we will be back up and down on the 400 stair climb for 2 hours!
