Thank you Gab. I just wish it was that easy for me! My back is great, it was hurting for about 3 days and now its totally fine. Weird.

Friday

B - small decaf with HWC and SF caramel and sprinkled cinnamon

I'm taking vitamin D, B1, Multivitamin with Omega-3 and Krill Oil daily now

Slowly weaning off the crystal light\splenda detox water. I drank loads of plain water yesterday. It was ok. I think I'll do it again today since I'm down a pound today.

Going for a run after work today, the weather looks great, no more snow this week I think.

I was just coming on to say that I need to start giving myself a little variety before I "burn out". In fact, I'm back up almost 3 lbs today (though I don't really count each daily weigh in) I think partially because I had two high sodium days and a splurged a little the other day.

I also need to give myself some easy to grab quick lower carb breakfasts than the yogurt. It just "eats" too many of carbs first thing in the day and then it is more difficult to stay lower the rest of the day all the time. Hence variety! I will WILL WILL (I say) make myself some egg/cheese/bacon muffins tonight.

So today:
B: yogurt and coffee (with half/half milk)
L: cobb salad, salami w/ cheese, water
D: ? Tuna melt maybe?

L- cauliflower cheese bake w bacon and chives. I got the recipe on a low carb group on FB and loved it! It's better than mac n cheese and only 3.5c

today I made decaf herbal tea into a cold drink with no sweetner, it was yummy. I think I'll try it again tonight. Still working on getting enough water. I'm up to 60oz per day, which is AWESOME for me.

ME TOO!

I am starting today. I am 49 years old, getting married for the LAST time in 5 weeks exactly. I have gained about 30 lbs since I tried on my dress....ooops. I am looking for really great ideas to help me drop as close to that as I can in 35 days! Would appreciate any and all advice.

My breakfast was 1/8 oz cheddar, fried egg and turkey sausage.

Oh and I poured vanilla atkins shake in my coffee and finished that off.... think I've had like 1.2 carbs

Ha, I was full from the bratwurst and couldn't eat the whole thing but ate the rest later

SATURDAY

L - bacon, spicy sausage and hamburger meat cooked together and 1.5 deviled eggs

I'm trying to stick strictly to induction without bars or shakes. Just meat, eggs, measured veggies\salad and 4oz or less of cheese

40oz water so far. 20oz more to goal before bed. struggling to get 60oz, not sure how I will work up to 80oz or 100oz

my husband bought 4 boxes of atkins bars, 8 atkins chocolate shakes, 4 bags of sugar free candies and 8 boxes of sf Kool-Aid\crystal light\etc. Ugh. I was trying NOT to do artificial sweeteners, which was easier when they weren't around. Now I'm having to resist the temptation : \

He said it would be easier to stay on plan while we are traveling and easy to pack. I guess we will see next week! We leave for a week in CA in 4 days.

Wow what an exhausting day. 16 mo old and the energy of at least a dozen babies, or it feels like.

B: salami and cheese

12 carbs plus crystal light drinks

Sunday so far

D - leftover brats again with sauerkraut and cheese

so far 44oz of water, almost 20oz to go. Went walking. Not feeling great hoping the flax muffin helps. It's certainly doing it's thing on my DH haha! Or maybe that was the sf candy!

...and then 30 minutes of delirium, sweating, nausea, racing pulse, weakness. Oh the joys of WLS. It's hard to get the fat in when my body violently rejects it. I've been so nauseated every time I try to eat more fat.

At least back down 2lbs again. Of course none of this is "real" weight loss or gain but it still sucks!

L - cheese and pepperoni toppings off two slices of a medium pizza. I was wondering how many carbs were in the pizza sauce that stuck to my cheese.

working on 20oz more water, will take me to 40oz, then will need to drink another 20oz tonight sometime before bed.

It's snowing so won't be jogging today.

L - 2 cups salad with 1/4 sliced radish and 1Tbsp Cesar dressing
S - Havarti cheese and pork rinds
D - hamburger, zucchini and mushrooms cooked in canned diced tomato and topped with cheese.
S - I had a peanut nougat Atkins bar for desert. I was watching the food channel and darn it with all the chocolate I wanted something sweet too! lol

Got all my water in for the day. Yay!

I've only had two meals today. So...

L: pepperoni slices (14) = 3
pickle spear (2) = 2
Cheese cubes (7) = 1
D: Seafood salad (yes I know it was carby, but I could afford it!) (1/2 cup) = 9
Pot Roast meat (3/4 cup) = 3
Prime Rib (1 cup) = 2

20 carbs!

Woohoo! Down my first 10lbs today, I was stalling something fierce for weeks but now the scales are moving and I feel exactly the same...I think my body changes shape first then loses the pounds.

Today was B: bacon and two hard boiled eggs 2c
L: lettuce and green leaves with tuna and olive oil 2c
S: pork rinds and coffee with hwc 1 c
D: beef stew, some peas and shiratake noodles 3c
S: couple of cheesecake muffins 2c

That's only 10 carbs or so but seriously I don't want any more. Should I be eating more? I noticed that I lost some weight when I ate more carbs, could my stalling be related to my body thinking I am starving it?

Tomorrow I will have some avocado and maybe more cheese or other veggies.
