Should I restart induction?

Hi all,

I restarted atkins 2 weeks ago, I originally started last year and lost 40 pounds and 14 inches from my midsection alone! I moved in with my boyfriend in a new city and the weight came back. I have regained all but 5 pounds by trying to keep up with him. This time around the weight loss and inch loss is slower compared to the first time around. I have been eating the same things the only difference is I am now on birth control. After 2 weeks I've lost pounds and maybe one inch. Last time at this point I was down 15 pounds and probably 4 inches. I am considering getting off birth control until I get to my goal, do you think if I do that I could restart induction and get better results? Any help, advice or insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

I would say yes. Once you get your changes sorted out, jump back in.
I'm entering my fifth week of induction, I'm planning on staying at induction levels indefinitely.
