Depends on the soy sauce. La choy is gluten free (thankfully, as I have celiac disease and love la choy soy sauce)

If you are Hypothyroid and on meds you wait two hours after the med is taken and then you can eat any food. This info comes from a very well known Endocrinologist I have worked with for years. After 2 hours the medication is absolutely absorbed and is not affected by any food so if you take your med 1-2 hrs before you eat Breakfast it will be optimal and then wait 2 hrs after. No big deal and you can then eat this meal as a lunch or dinner. So many people misunderstand what their Drs. say but also when you get your levels checked it will show whether these foods affect absorption or not.
When I was on thyroid meds the numbers were not affected by soy products at all. I am allergic to Synthroid and Levithyroxine at higher doses so in Jan. will ask for Armour Thyroid so this will be behind me as a problem.

Coconut Aminos

I don't use soy sauce and fing coconut aminos to be a great replacement. I've been making this dish for years. It's a low carb staple for me. I didn't realize it had a name.

When I tried this recipes a while back, I actually gained 3 lbs the next day.
It is not for everyone, especially if you have thyroid issues or are sensitive to soy or sodium.
