I have a friend married to an Ed and she has 10 children, so I clicked here to see if it was her! Ha.

When I can't lose, I have to make sure I'm eating one salad a day. For whatever reason, I can't lose unless I eat that salad. I had pretty much omitted all cheese, but I've even added that back in. The other thing is sodium. If it's too high, I won't lose. Good luck!

I completely understand that frustration. My hubs just thinks about dieting and drops 30 lbs with little to no effort and all the while "sneaking" in carbs. If I walk through the bread isle at the grocery store the carbs jump on me and I gain. lol What is the deal with that?
