Can I make my own Ranch(with the HV packet)

Is it safe to eat this homemade on Induction?? It's been a while since I've actively done Phase One(induction). So I just don't remember. Thank you for helping me!

I don't see why you couldn't. Just add all of the carbs up so you know exactly how much you're getting.

THIS IS the only Ranch I will eat. I make it a bit lower carb by making it with 1 carb Sour Cream and HWC. I like it like this. It is not as thick,though. I use about 3/4 sour cream and 1/4 HWC. Much better than bottled ranch dressing.
