I can't find my book!

So I'm purchasing a new one on Amazon! Here's my prob! I had(have somewhere) DANDR! BUT I didn't realize they have NANY(NewAtkinsforaNewYou) out now. So which one guys?!

My DANDR (even if I found it) would be so worn out it's time to retire it anyway!

Thanks for your help!

I don't know anything about the New Atkins for a New You, but you will probably get most people recommending the older versions that were actually written by Dr. Atkins himself.

I have NANY... But I prefer DANDR....

But actually I've been sort of stalled lately, so I actually bought a collectible hardcover first edition of the original DADR from 1972 that I found on Amazon... AND I LOVE IT!!! For some reason Atkins '72 is easier for me to follow and even though the book is over 40 years old... most everything in there is still pretty much spot-on! It really is pretty amazing when you think about it... Definitely worth taking a look at if you get the chance even if you're following DANDR just to see how Dr. Atkins plan evolved...

I love the '72 version too. It's just so simple and easy.
