Fat Fasting
I am going to Fat Fast for a few days to get my body switched over to burning fat instead of sugar for energy. I have a sluggish metabolism so I am thinking this will pick it up. At least I love all the Fat Fast foods and I just got a Fat Fast recipe book, so I am ready! Wish me luck!

Were you following induction already and just stalled? Dr. Atkins designed the fat fast to be a last resort for people who have true metabolic disorders.

Good Luck Jillie!
I've done that fat fast once. I did not make it more than a day and half and was grateful to return to full induction! It definitely helped speed my weight-loss back up after an almost plateau. I had lost about 45#s and pretty much stalled out. I just saw that book on amazon the other day and was thinking of buying, mostly because I like to collect low carby cookbooks. |
