Green tea on Induction
Hi Ya'll,
Im new here, I have been on induction for 3 weeks, but more like 2 because the 3rd week didn't go so well, now going into my 4th I have lost 10lbs but it seems to have stopped, Ihave been drinking alot of green tea could this be affecting weight loss? Welcome aboard. It is normal to loose a lot the first week then it gets slower. Some weeks I haven't lost anything followed by large losses the next week. My weight loss surely hasn't gone in a straight line. Just stay below 20 grams of carbs and trust the diet plan, it works.
The tea shouldn't be hurting you at all. But you do need to continue to watch for stuff that does effect your weight loss, so you are right in questioning everything you put in your body. You will learn as you go and it will get easier and easier. |
