Back at it!!

Starting back today! lost a lot 7yrs ago but gained all back and more. I want to lose at least 60 lbs. by June 2013! we got a boat and right now at 238 i can't get may rear in the boat from the water and i hate the way i look and feel. I got up this morning and said no more!!!!!!!!!! I am all in!! I really like the people on these boards everyone seem so nice and honest the Atkins website is to hard to find stuff! well off to the store for dinner burgers or fajitas??!! both sound good!!
