Eyma, that avocado "pudding" you speak of sounds good! I often add 1/2 an avocado to a smoothie with a small handful of blueberries or a couple strawberries, flax meal, and almond/coconut milk. It's delicious!
To the OP: I've been at this a while, and sometimes will make a cheesecake or something -cause who doesn't love cheesecake, duh - but for a little taste of something sweet or fruity I really like to make herbal teas. Raspberry and Lemon zinger and country peach are awesome. I will blend flavored herbal teas with green tea and brew up a whole mess of it to keep in the fridge. Also, if you can find dried hibiscus flowers to put in your brewing tea it will give it a wonderful crisp fruity flavor and a pretty color. Teas have been my savior lately. I need to make a habit of drinking more fluids but our water here is gross, so I try to keep a lot of brewed tea around! |

The pudding does not sound that bad. May give that a try. The cheese cake is a no brainer, When I stop induction I will try that for sure. I cannot wait
