nausea anyone?

for some reason this time around, i am getting a bit after i eat. been a couple days now. first off, i am forcing myself to eat as i am that delightful mode of no appetite. then after i do eat - ick.

will this pass? wondering if too much fat is causing it? i had 3 bacon and 2 fried egg for brekky....

Happens to me too sometimes - I find if i go too long between meals, I get too hungry but nothing sounds good and then I start to feel sick. Also, are you eating a variety of foods? If I eat too many eggs I start to feel sick. Or, if I eat too many rich foods that happens (cheese and fatty meats) - maybe try adding more veggies, and drink plenty of water too. If you suspect its fat or grease (as you mention in your post) maybe try some lighter options like shrimp dipped in hot sauce, cucumbers spread w/ cream cheese, deli turkey and lettuce roll ups dipped in pesto mayo, tomato slices with basil and olive oil, tuna salad with lots of crunchy celery...you get the idea

I do the first few days of induction, and then I do when either I get too hungry or I overdo the coconut oil.

I will pass. Just hang in there. Look up the One Minute Muffin recipe. They will settle your stomach.
