just wanted to introduce myself! my name is Colleen and i have two children (18 months and 7 years) and a mastiff, which should count as two more kids :) married to my childhood sweetheart and TRYING to get baby weight (is is still considered baby weight 18 months later???) off.

did atkins for many many years and maintained a healthy weight. this last baby..... did me in. so here i am starting over!

I did Atkins till I got pregnant with my son, when my doc insisted I go off.

8 years, 3 pregnancies, and 2 children later, an obese woman looked at me out of the mirror, and I jumped back into Atkins and onto this forum.

All I can say is -- If I'd had this board back then, I'd never have gone off-plan! This is a great source of both support and information! I'm constantly inspired here.
