Katie : after that yummy meal that you listed earlier why did you feel quiilty? Think it is years of training yourself...no fat no fat.... I think that is my problem. When I am not losing weight that is what keeps going through my thick head.
I am going to try your scale trick though. I am going to try getting back on two or three times and see if it helps my luck it will keep going up

all week long i've been taken care of sick kids and now that they are going home, we're having a major snow storm in NYC.... just my luck. the scale has started to move back down again. i'm starting to feel like my old self again...wish they were finished working on the elevators so i could get out this house more often.... i might even go walk in the snow..lol

Happy Friday, yall!
Ugh! I still can't believe I haven't bounced back from my transgression on Sunday. But at least I am heading downward again. It just feels like I lost an entire week of weight loss because of Sunday.

Last night the family requested pizza. I said no problem! I picked it up and also grabbed a cobb salad from the pizza place for me. I snacked on a few pepperonis from the pizza, and had no cravings for any of the other parts of the pizza.

B - protein drink (4 carbs, 0 sugar), coffee. too lazy to make my eggs this morning
L - TBD. Forgot to pack my lunch last night! I'll probably grab a burger sans bun from Wendy's again
D - Jalapeno's stuff with cream cheese wrapped in bacon! I can't wait!

I don't post much but I follow this thread and wanted to tell everyone what a support you've been. Yesterday we had a going away party for a loved co-worker who's been transferred. I picked up the party supplies/food-including cheesecake- for it. We had lots of goodies and I didn't take a single nibble I even had to eat my lunch (with all on program food) next to the buffet! Couldn't of done it without the support here-THANK YOU

Hope everyone has had a great week. I am off today (tonight I work 11p-7am), but have to work the weekend. Stayed on plan. Did have a few stressfull situations at work and wanted something sugary really bad, but I didn't do it.
Since the second day of starting induction, I have only been what I would call hungry twice. So far not having to hard of a time sticking to it.

I'm wearing three different hats at the office today, so I could only pop in for a sec. I'll have to come back to the thread to catch up on everone's posts later this evening....

Made it to the gym last night and killed my legs!!! I'm hoping to make it at least twice more before Monday, even if I only walk on the track.

Menu today:
B - atkins farmhouse scramble
L - turkey, grean beans
D - pork steak OR 2 deer brats, broccoli, cottage cheese
coffee & lemon water, protein shake if I make it to the gym (if not, I wont have it)

Happy snowy Friday all!

Mydear- I am on LI so will be dealing with snow like you!

Stay warm and safe, to all in the storm's path

Yesterday I dealt with lunch on the go and did really well. Went to Wendy's and ordered the burger with no ketchup or bun and they didn't even blink. Got it in a nice container and they even added a fork! I have never had the guts to order it that way, but happy I did.

Yesterday's food
Br- 3 HB egg salad with half an avocado tea with cream and one stevia
L- bunless Wendy's burger (diet coke) trying to avoid it
D- casserole in a bowl! Leftover chicken and steak, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and scallions

Not good enough with water!

Today-
Br - 3 cream cheese and ham rolls
L- 3 HB egg salad with mayo
D- probably same as yesterday with only chicken

Have a great weekend all!

I have been so busy today i haven't had anything to eat except a TB of cream cheese melted with a tiny amount of crystal lite lemonade. Boy it was yummy!
On the way to a gig so i went to the Subway next door and got my mike a tuna sub and ..for me, a subway sub made into a chopped salad. So far, so good!

MydearI hope that you stay safe and warm. My thoughts are with everybody in the New England states.

I had a wonderful day with my hubby today. We went out to eat twice, went shopping, exercised together, just had an all around fun day. My DD has gone on her first camping trip without us so we can do anything we want. It's great

Patxsm- I also live on an island, but certainly not one you would want to get stuck on! I think we got between 6-8 inches, not too bad. Once we dig out and the roads are plowed we will be just fine.

So after saying I wasn't going to weigh every day I have been, and I lost another pound! I am at 168.5. I might need to readjust my feb goal!

Food yesterday was
3 ham and cc roll ups
3hb egg salad with mayo
Cheese and olives for a snack
2 chicken thighs, too much bacon and broccoli for dinner

Today it's all about eating what we have here
I do want to try a cauliflower pizza crust, I have all of the ingredients and time!
I need to make cupcakes so want to have something delicious for me so I aim not tempted, but with these losses I don't want to mess anything up!
