@roxysmum, I'm not weighing myself every day, and not even every other day. Some days I wake up and I feel like there's some change, so I hop on, and usually the change is positive.

Thanks @straphe. Sorry just had to vent it out. February wasn't the weight loss supermonth as I had hoped. I think I have become obsessed with the numbers INSTEAD of realizing I am fitting into clothes I haven't worn in a very long time.

Got my work out in today and it was a good one according to the computer. Stair step machine, 78 minutes long, 6.75 miles, 325 floors, burning 1026 calories. My logging page says 1260 but they are always very liberal with the numbers. Felt good to get it done, may go back with wife in a minute to knock out some strenght training. See everyone on the new challenge. Way to go to everyone for sticking it out and keeping on going.

Slowed down overnight, barely a loss. The scale couldn't decide if if was 88.8 or still 189. Good news, I beat my Feb goal of 190!

Officially down 50 lbs! Another 30 or so to my first goal, then I'll re-evaluate.
