Atkins and JUDDD at the same time

I'm getting so frustrated with just my Induction. My scale is actually at me! It's been 2 and half weeks.

Anyway, do you think it would be okay to throw a little JUDDD in there with my Atkins. Like my Atkins one day and the other (still on Atkins) but only like 500 calories? I haven't tried this so not sure how it's going to work. Has anybody done it? Any pointers?

I just need to try something different so I can see some results.

Hi Ginger. I did a combo of Atkins and JUDDD last year and lost about 40 pounds with it over just a few months. It worked great for me. Without the JUDDD calorie restrictions, I was overeating LC foods and not losing weight. With JUDDD, you need to count calories on both the DD and the UD. Use the calculator to figure out your numbers. Mine were 2000/500.

Also, under the "other plans" tab here, there is a JUDDD group. Some ladies there are actively combining both Atkins and JUDDD.

GL!
