Breakfast Ideas Other than Eggs
I can't seem to eat eggs before leaving for work. It makes me nauseous. I am looking for other ideas. Something simple. Even protein shakes but I am wondering what is the best ideas for protein shakes as well, lowest in carb, etc. Thanks so much! I love this message board. It has helped so much!

There are so many things you can make on the weekend to grab for breakfast all week. sausage, bacon, egg muffin cups, muffins in a minute, last night's left overs, cheese, pepperoni, egg salad, chicken salad, umm... I'm sure someone else will chime in with more ideas!

I drink coffee with about 1/4 cup HWC and that holds me until lunch. My favorite weekend breakfast is the one minute flax seed muffins.

I've also just been having coffee in the morning (I don't love coffee, but I love a yummy latte!). I take some HWC, vanilla, and stevia drops and blend them up with coffee. Keeps me full till lunch!

I like taco salad, then again I dont always have breakfast foods.
Taco salad Cheese crisp in the micro wave folded in half like a taco stuffed with tuna salad Hot dog rolled in a 4 net carb tortilla with onlons and mustard and sourquot *spelling* bacon, lettuce and tomato with mozz cheese tomato slices with basil leaves and mozz cheese and olive oil, salt pepper egg drop soup or chicken broth with veggies Just some of the things I enjoy. On a quick run out the door I grab a can of veinna sausages and string cheese to eat at work. |

I also have a very hard time with eggs in the morning. So I just don't eat them anymore. There are lots of other things to eat.
I eat sausage (hot links, Italian, polish, I hate breakfast sausage). The high fat keeps you going. I eat ham, pot roast, or chicken left over from the night before. I make extra solely for breakfast and lunch use. I usually have the meat with a small salad. I also eat bacon wrapped in lettuce with mayo, avocado and tomato. A BLT without the bread.
