Bad breath?
 

Silly question alert BUT how do you know your breath stinks when you are in ketosis?:dunno: I mean most people will not just tell you and I can't smell my own breath. I haven't noticed extra body odor or anything either so I brush my teeth often and eat cinnamon flavored sugar free candy just in case. BUT seriously any hints on how to tell?:confused:

If I dont drink enough water, I can taste it in my mouth. Its more of a fruity breath, hmm, like rotten fruit ;) If you drink enough water, you may not even experience at all, which may be your case. Not everyone has this side effect of ketosis either, so you may fall into that category too :)

Ok so like a rotten fruit taste will tell me my breath stinks. I have just recently become a little self concious wondering if I am putting off my friends and family without knowing. I will now be aware of the taste in my mouth :) Thank you for your reply.
