Back on Induction
Hello everyone! This post serves as both an introduction of myself as well as to let everyone know I'm on induction.
Just a little background about myself. When I was 20 I lost about 80lbs in 10 months. I'm 26 now and I've certainly gone off the rails. I'm looking to get down to 215lbs again. I'm on day 3 of induction. Looking forward to giving and receiving advice! |

Nice! It's always good to have a group of people to talk to who are going through the same issues!

Hi & Welcome MrWizard65. i too lost a lot of weight in a short period of time several years ago. Like you, I went off track for various reasons and am restarting.
I have read these boards for a few years now but never really posted anything. I can tell you that the people on here are very helpful and informative. I plan to use the boards this time and advise you to do the same. Ask anything you need to know...people will help. |
