congrats! That's a good result. I was down to 124.1, but I am up to 125 today...I think I ate something too salty or something...

You need to buy virgin organic coconut oil. If you are buying the right kind of coconut oil, you will know because it WILL smell very coconutty. You may have to order it if your local grocery store does not carry it. Ours only sells it in very small containers (usually a glass jar). I order a big tub from amazon because I have a big family and it's a lot cheaper that way. One small jar will cost around $8-9

Hello Again

Well, I am back here again. I was off to a good start a few weeks ago, then let myself slide away from coming here, and back into eating carbs.
I get very motivated reading your stories, so I will set a goal to visit and post daily. I used to do Callanetics back in the 80s and want to start again. I am just so surprised when I look in the mirror at the gym and see how flabby and big I have become. I am reading the New Atkins for a New You book and really trying to get into and stay in induction.

I swear I am back again. Been very very sick (ear infection, antibiotic didn't work, switched me to another and I was apparently allergic to it) so I have no clue what I have been eating for the last 3 weeks but I feel horrible. So back to low carb and gluten free to hopefully get myself in better shape again

Thanks! I really want to make a permanent change this time. I started a food/exercise diary. So tired of the yo-yo'ing from one extreme to the other. My goal is to get to my goal weight. Then, monitor it for a year on a weekly basis to ensure the changes I'm making are sticking. I've proven I can lose it. Now, I have to prove I can sustain it.

Hi all!! I did Atkins around 8 years ago and lost 85 lbs, I never felt better...over the past 2-3 years I got married and put on what I like to call "Happy Weight"

I started back on induction 2 weeks ago and for whatever reason am NOT seeing the results I expected!! I have lost 3 lbs and this is very discouraging, but I am going to stick with it!!

I am glad I have found this site, it is encouraging reading the posts....

Keep up the good work!!
