Good morning everyone!
Yesterday was 100% on plan. I changed up my dinner, dd invited us to supper last night, she had corned beef and cabbage, so had that and some peach tea. I also drank soooo much water yesterday, good for me as I hate the stuff. I forgot to weigh this morning....may wait until Friday and see if I get a little surprise Today's menu: B: scrambled eggs, bacon CL peach tea L: salad, ranch dressing, water D: chicken breast stuffed with cream/blue cheese, wrapped in bacon, green beans S: slice of cheese, piece of celery Have a great day everyone!!!

So silly me, I didn't check where I started weight wise. From yesterday morning (day 3) to this morning (day 4) I dropped a pound. My husband told me not to get too discouraged, could still be adjusting, and the tea could have had more natural sugar than I thought. Said to go by how I feel and my clothes fit. It's just frustrating cause the last time I did atkins (granted I was 23) I lost 15 pounds the first two weeks
But I lost a pound, yay! |

WAY TO GO everyone!! We are all working hard, and it's showing!
I am at an ALL DAY FDA meeting on a new type 2 diabetes drug. Don't get your hopes up - i think that the advisory panel will favor it, but it has a lot of side effects (lookjup phimosis on wikipedia - NOT for the squeamish). BUT i am sitting here in a dark cavern, on a really hard chair and it's cold and i can feel my ankles swelling and pressing against my sneakers.!!! Oh well, I do get out around 5pm and my article will be all written and we can go to a thrift near here and then maybe out to eat! There is a lovely Indian restaurant nearby - i guess tandoori chicken would be totally safe, right? Jan. 3: 147 Jan. 4: 147.5 Jan. 5: 146 Jan. 6: 145 Jan 8: 145.5 Jan 9: 145.25 Jan. 10: 145.25

I am much better at sticking to things when I can be social...and I work from home (my dogs LOVE it...but I find i become a hermit! )I have been on here for YEARS under a way old email, so I started over with my new email and new resolve for finally LIVING this way for good...i THINK i have finally got it through my thick head that i can't go back to my two exes....BEN & JERRY!! ![]() I've done HCG (worked, just not my cup of tea~), SB (TOTALLY worked...just like atkins food better) I lost as much as I weigh, several times. I have a graph like that as well and like you I find that my weight goes up and down but the trend is what is important. I also find that I often go up a little before I have a drop it is like your body is preparing for it and then lets go again. |

You guys have me hooked! I've been using HWC every day in my coffee and tea. Ohhhh, it's delicious! Also made the chocolate mousse in a fit of desperation two nights ago. WOW. Totally satisfying!

Cheshiregirl... Doyou use a progrwm to track your food intake??? it makes a big difference. Also, we need to know exactly what you are eating every day..a d that means how many cups of tuna fish or lettuce, and how many ounces of meat or fish.
